Helifix crack stitching
Lengths of helical HeliBar extending 500mm either side of the crack are bonded into cut slots (normally the mortar beds) with HeliBond grout for a reliable and permanent crack stitching solution.
Lintel repair and replacement
When repairing or creating flat arch lintels, the traditional solution is to cut out the brickwork, mechanically support the masonry above, and install a new lintel. This traditional method is disruptive, time consuming, expensive, and aesthetically undesirable.
Stabilising bowed walls
BowTie HDs are inserted through clearance holes in the masonry and are power-driven through the first and second joist (and third, if required) before the outer end is bonded into the masonry with PolyPlus resin.
Creating and repairing masonry beams
When masonry has cracked and failed as a result of ground movement, component failure, weathering, or increased loads and stresses, the Helibeam System can tie the masonry together and create deep masonry beams within the existing masonry.
The Helibeam System uses long parallel lengths of HeliBar reinforcing bars bonded into predetermined cut slots (normally the mortar beds) with HeliBond grout to form deep masonry beams which distribute the building loads.
